When Edith joined our community, she came in with a goal that went beyond herself — she wanted to build a healthier lifestyle for her children, too.

By the end of her first period, Edith had established new, sustainable habits that fit into her daily life. She showed up, stayed consistent, and began to feel the shift — more energy, more confidence, more joy. She’s down 19 pounds, off one doctor-prescribed medication and in class 5-7x a week!
But what makes Edith’s story truly powerful is her why. She wanted to be a role model for her kids — to show them what it looks like to prioritize health, commit to goals, and follow through.
