So which class do you want to do first?

FLEX’T

FLEX’T is our stretching and mobility class. Did you think stretching was only for older people? We are here to tell you it’s NOT! Lots of people prefer to exercise, but not stretch. What if we told you that the definition of exercise IS stretching?

This 60-minute class is meant to help you understand how you can stretch for strength. Beautiful muscles are made from stretching. FLEX’T™ will help you unlock your fascia to facilitate freedom of movement. In this class, you’ll marry breath with dynamic stretching to open the body, improve mobility and reduce pain in movement.

DRIP’T

DRIP’T is our Dynamic resistance interval-based performance training. This class is high-intensity, low-impact, interval training using weights & resistance bands. The workout will be done in the hot room heated to 95 degrees. If you love hot Pilates and want to up your game, join us for this 60-minute full-body mashup!

DRIP’T CARDIO

What happens when you combine body weight resistance, strength, High-Intensity Interval training, and great music? You get DRIP’T™ CARDIO. Experience rhythmically coordinated aerobic exercise through dynamic movement sequences. Your body and your heart will thank you later.

We will be introducing DRIP’T Body (body weight only class) and DRIP’T Heavy (for those who are interested in heavier lifting) later this year!
